The Spectrum
A senior thesis film from the Savannah College of Art and Design, this film was the first thesis I have been a part of as the Cinematographer. Coming into a project that had a lot more time and access was exciting, but it was dampened a little bit by COVID restrictions. This led us to the biggest challenge of the production, how to pull off a party scene during COVID with a school mandated restriction on the number of people allowed on set. This took a lot of planning and careful placing of people in the background to seem like there were more than there were. Overall, I think we were able to pull off a convincing party scene and it really helped the film feel more real.
